  • The email address you log into Shinami with if it's not the one you're sending from (so we can look up your account details).
  • A detailed description of your question or issue. Screenshots, error codes and messages, and code snippets are always helpful if relevant to your question.

Our active support hours are between 09:00-17:00 Pacific Time Monday-Friday. So, depending on the day and your time zone our response time will vary.
