That said, when you're integrating a product, it's worth viewing the product FAQ and billing pages for it so you understand billing, how to view API metrics in the dashboard, etc.

If you can't find the answer to your question in our docs, feel free to email us at [email protected]. Make sure to include:

  • The email address you log into Shinami with if it's not the one you're sending from (so we can look up your account details).
  • A detailed description of your question or issue. Screenshots, error codes and messages, and code snippets are always helpful when relevant.

Our active support hours are between 09:00-17:00 Pacific Time (PT) Monday-Friday. So, depending on the day and your time zone our response time will vary.
